Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Accafooty. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Accafooty

Accafooty is a managed investment platform that allows users to participate in professionally managed sport investment plans. We are not a bank, a licensed brokerage, or a regulated financial institution unless otherwise stated. Users should satisfy themselves that use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before investing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Accafooty. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you are not prohibited from using financial services in your country, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration and KYC

You are required to complete identity verification before you can invest on the platform. You must provide accurate and current identification documents. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend accounts that fail verification or provide false information.

4. Investment Plans

Investment plans are offered at our discretion and may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time. Plan terms including duration and return descriptions are provided at the time of investment. Returns are performance-based and are not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are accepted via supported cryptocurrency methods only. Withdrawal requests are processed manually by our finance team within 1 to 3 business days. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

6. Risk Disclosure

Investing involves risk. You may lose some or all of the capital you invest. The value of investments can go down as well as up. Accafooty does not guarantee any return on investment. You should only invest money you can afford to lose. If you are unsure whether investing is appropriate for your circumstances, please seek independent financial advice before proceeding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to provide false or misleading information, to attempt to manipulate or interfere with the platform, to engage in money laundering or financing of terrorism, or to create multiple accounts.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform but cannot guarantee availability at all times. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accafooty and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of investment.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, fail KYC requirements, or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. On termination, your available wallet balance will be returned to you after any applicable compliance checks.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
